Job description:

Responsible for accurate and timely processing for monthly payroll including overtime date consolidation and uploading, incentive calculation, monitoring and administer of job specific allowance, termination of employee and etc
Update and monitor employee leave database
Compile claims submitted by employees
Manage payroll related queries from employee
Assist in any other ad hoc projects/ Task as assigned
Knowledge in FlexHRMS system will beaded advantage

Candidate must possess at least professional certificate, Diploma/Advance/higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/ Post graduate Diploma
At least 2 years working experience in the related field
Preferably Non Executive specialized in human resources or equivalent
For Malaysian ONLY.
