Job Description:
• Responsible for the front end IT client administration
• Monitor research and resolve technical problems, escalate unresolved issues to other IT staff as appropriate
• Trains users how to effectively use web application
• Other tasks as required by superior

Job Requirements:
• Microsoft Certified Professional / Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
• Min 3 years’ experience in a technical Help Desk or PC support role installing, troubleshooting and maintaining software and hardware
