- Provided first level support for IT operation
- Delivery quality response service on daily basis and ensuring that any issues are logged, prioritized and resolved within agreed time-frame
- Provide proactive technical support to prevent errors re-occurring
- Escalate to next level of support where necessary
- Ability to identify and distinguish between hardware, software and network problem

- Diploma in Information Technology / Computer science or equivalent
- Preferable with 1 year of working experience
- Able to work independently , hardworking and work under pressure
-Able to speak mandarin.
