Responsibilitie

Provide Service Desk support to users
Provide end-user Field Support and troubleshooting
Assist and participate in project implementation activity
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively
Document internal procedures
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information System
Fluent in English and BM
At least 3 years of experience in Windows, Network Administration and knowledge in AS400 System Operations
Familiar with IT Operation tasks
IT Procurement experience / Vendor Management
Familiar in handling workstation machines
