Job description:

To assist in departmental administration tasks i.e. purchasing, meeting minutes preparation, fixed assets maintenance, courier service and other general affairs
To upkeep and maintain all departmental documents completely and proper filing
To assist in establish in office administration procedure and monitor the effectiveness
Job requirement:

Minimum SPM qualification / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all level of staff
Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
