Job Responsibilities:
-To coordinate and assist immediate superior in quoting for service repairs, recommending parts,monitoring on work in progress and following up on parts orders and service jobs to ensure optimum level of support to the team.
-To input and create all jobs in the SAP system and generate and issue service orders.
-To co-ordinate the monthly compilation of statistical data extracted from service activities for management reports and analysis.
-Responsible for all back end support services to the team.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
-Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
-Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
-Knowledge in SAP and CRM would be an added advantage.
